Try to keep your eyes open.
you will fill more present.
just lower your eyes and
let your gaze be shoft.
it’s good to experiment.

Breath : paying attention to
the breath is a great way
to ancher yourself in the
present moment.

Thoughts : gently let them go
& focus on your breath..its important.

Silence & Place : remember place
should be peacefull..and silence is
healing..

Try it – it’s best way to meditate..!!
