આત્મસમ્માન..Self Respect..

આત્મસમ્માન એટલે સ્વયં માટેનો સમ્માન ભાવ.  

આત્મસમ્માન એક એવી જવાબદારી છે, જે તમારા દ્વારા કરાયેલી અને પ્રતિક્રિયાથી પ્રભાવિત હોય છે.

અન્યની પરવા કરો, પરંતુ ત્યાં સુધી, જ્યાં સુધી તે આપના વ્યક્તિત્વ પર હાવી ન થાય.

પોતાનું સમ્માન કરવાની શરુઆત કરો.

આ સમજીલો કે  જો તમે તમારું સમ્માન નહીં કરો તો લોકો સ્વાભાવિક રીતે જ તમારું સમ્માન નહીં કરે.

જેને પોતાનું અસ્તીત્વ છે તેમ લાગે, તેનેજ આત્મસમ્માન ની ખબર પડે.

અસ્તીત્વ ધરાવનારી વ્યકતી બધું જ સહન કરશે, પણ એનું આત્મસમ્માન ઘવાય એ કયારેય સાંખી નહીં લે.

Self Respect is not about what we do, but who we are.

It is about feeling valued.

It is about being able to stand &  feel proud of and for ourselves just because we exist.

Self Respect can be explained as knowing that you are  valuable and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Self Respect comes with discipline, the sense of dignity grows with the ability to say no to oneself.

Remember, if one doesn’t Respect oneself one can have neither Love nor Respect for Others.

Lastly I  can say, I am the proud owner of  the soul….
